Episode Overview
She’s baaaaaack!! Yes, you read the title of the episode correctly. The original co-host Rachel Pitts has returned to sit in the guest seat this time. She also comes with information about her new book and a bit more muscle!
A simple description doesn’t do this episode justice. This a conversation between two old friends with a lot of history, and they pick right back up where they left off over a year ago. While Rachel’s book ‘Bodybuilder Basics’ is about fitness and competitive bodybuilding, but it creates a jumping off point into a much larger discussion on life and business. It gets personal, moving, and motivating. So be sure to listen and share this special episode with someone that you know could use some inspiration and clarity right now.
