Are you swimming in the victim pool with everyone else or have you chosen to dry off and make your life happen?
Our guest today, Tina Clements is offering a lifeline to business people and companies who are drowning in fear, indecision and blame. She’s here to discuss the warning signs and action steps we can take to get control of our own professional destinies.
Before being asked to launch the BMW Group Joint Venture, The Retail Performance Company, LLC (rpc) in 2013, Tina Clements worked for 10+ years within BMW NA and has been in the L&D industry since 1996. Prior to BMW, Tina led initiatives and grew talent within organizations such at HBO, Volkswagen, BMW/MINI, IBM, WVIP Radio/Cable Systems and boutique firms such as automätik education. She is the author of “The ART of Facilitation” and believes success is directly related to the engagement of people.
She’ll reveal her thoughts about the biases that keep women from pursuing and attaining leadership positions and how to fight them. Plus, how she’s helping and how you can help Durga Tree International to curb an increase in sex trafficking and human slavery worldwide.
Tina is a quintessential woman your mother warned you about, bold, decisive, no-nonsense, funny and confident. You’ve been warned!
